Stephanie’s place at Lake Winni was great! This was our second time staying, and we loved it just as much as the first. The place is comfortable, the location is amazing, and everything made for an easy, relaxing stay. We’ll definitely be staying again!! we love it there!

Wonderful house in an amazing location; thoughtful and responsive owners. Nine of us (ages 1 to 78) had a great two weeks.<br/>The house is modern and spacious, with separate two-room “suites” on the top and bottom floors. Lake views everywhere. Loons.<br/>The living room was very comfortable. The kitchen had great appliances and was extremely well equipped and stocked. Many eating areas: indoors, a screened porch, and a large patio. <br/>The sandy beach was perfect for young children. Lots of boats.<br/>The location was wonderful, on a quiet dead-end street, with a woodsy path allowing a quick walk into town.<br/>Two things could use improvement:<br/>1. The stairway and landing railings on the main floor and upper floor are a safety hazard for very young children because the vertical balusters are too far apart. The New Hampshire building code requires balusters to be no more than 4” apart. <br/>2. There was mold in the detergent drawers of both washing machines, and wet, moldy towels in one.

A nice house and a great location! You can easily walk everywhere! We had a great time with 9 of us in the house and would totally stay there again.
